Nausea
Most pregnant women become queasy when they’re about 6 weeks along, but those who are not can become nauseous while chugging too many vodka tonics in hopes of becoming more social at the office holiday party — or even the morning after. It will most likely subside as you enter the second trimester or after your body expels the toxins in a violent manner, ideally not in front of your judgy co-worker Rhonda. In the meantime, try to eat foods that will settle your stomach, like crackers or ginger ale, or just pass out in the bathroom next to the toilet until you’re sober enough to put a puke bucket next to your bed.
